The company's purpose is to promote and enhance art and artistic expression in all its forms, to organize exhibitions, trade fairs, cultural events, presentations, forums, workshops, camps and courses, to design and implement marketing, communication and event projects, to encourage the emergence of new talents by offering them opportunities for visibility through exhibitions, events, publications and promotional actions, to raise public awareness, particularly among children and young people, of the various forms of artistic expression, notably through educational projects and interventions in schools, and to engage in activities of representation, coaching and management of artists. The company may also acquire and sell real estate, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may carry out all commercial, financial or other operations, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, and establish branches in Switzerland and abroad.
