The company may carry out all commercial, financial, real estate (if the real estate held through participations or buildings are located in Switzerland, they may only have an exclusively commercial use), movable and conclude all contracts having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose and promoting its development. It may also create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and acquire, hold, administer and dispose of real estate (in Switzerland, only buildings with an exclusively commercial use) and intellectual property.
