The company's purpose is to operate an architectural, urban planning, land use planning and real estate consulting office, as well as to design, control and execute any project and mandate related thereto. In this context, it will in particular perform the following tasks: feasibility studies, planning, 1:50 planning; site management; and general contracting. Any real estate brokerage, property management, promotion, and development of real estate; general construction and construction planning; all services related to construction and real estate; purchase and sale of properties, subject to the operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in any enterprise having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire such enterprises or merge with them; and grant loans or guarantees to associates, subsidiaries or third parties if it serves its interests.
