Shack Association

The purpose of the association is to promote a responsible community and raise societal awareness for the reuse of goods. In particular, the association advocates for creating awareness of sustainable resource management and counteracting the throwaway mentality. To this end, the association promotes community-based, decentralized forms of trade in the sense of Decentralized Commerce (de-commerce). The association does not pursue any profit. The association may participate in other enterprises and acquire, utilize, manage, and dispose of tokens, real estate, and intellectual property rights. It may establish subsidiaries and branches both domestically and internationally, and furthermore, undertake all other activities and legal actions that may be associated with the purpose of the association.
