a) Scouting, analysis of projects and/or companies, business branches and corporate assets (including real estate and credits) in the field of renewable energies; b) study, design, implementation of plants, as well as design of civil engineering works and land development, execution of feasibility studies, research, consulting, design, project management and environmental impact studies; c) strategic, technical, administrative consulting and assistance in transactions involving the transfer of corporate or business shares and in general in the field of corporate organization for the implementation of the above-mentioned paragraphs (a), (b); d) production of electricity through generation plants from renewable sources for the purpose of sale to third-party users, in compliance with applicable regulations. To this end, the Company may equip itself with the necessary generation and transmission facilities to achieve its social purpose, either by realizing them itself, acquiring ownership, or taking over management of facilities from affiliated companies or third parties; e) any activity directly or indirectly connected or functional and/or complementary to those indicated above. The company may acquire, hold and manage - on its own account, i.e. not in a fiduciary capacity - participations in commercial, financial and industrial enterprises with headquarters in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also acquire, encumber, manage, administer, lease and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participate in real estate companies and enterprises with headquarters and/or activities in Switzerland and abroad, in compliance with applicable regulations. Any activity carried out in the real estate sector is not directed towards third parties but limited to real estate for its own account.
