The company's purpose is to trade in, import, export and distribute cosmetics, care products, wellness and beauty products, perfumes, soaps and related articles of all kinds, in particular also through e-commerce platforms and other digital distribution channels. It can also provide services of all kinds related to these products. The company can participate in other companies, acquire, exploit, manage and sell real estate (with the exception of real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG)) and intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and carry out all legal transactions that are necessary or suitable to promote the purpose of the company or the development of group companies.
