The purpose of the company is to provide services in the fields of engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance, operation and financing of roads, highways and all other infrastructure and concessioned or publicly approved projects, in Colombia as well as in other countries. To this end, the company may participate in any type of pre-qualification, tender and bidding procedures of the private or public sector, alone or together with third parties within the framework of private or public-private partnerships (in particular "Colombian APP"), as well as submit offers and proposals and conclude agreements or contracts for the execution of these services in Colombia and in any other country. The company may further carry out all business and financial transactions that serve its purpose or are in the interest of the company. It may establish branches abroad and in Switzerland, set up subsidiaries, participate in related companies, acquire, manage and sell real estate and, in addition, carry out all legal transactions that may be necessary to achieve the purpose of the company, including granting guarantees or other securities in favor of affiliated companies.
