The company's purpose, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), is: a) to carry out all real estate and hotel operations, including the purchase, development, construction, management, administration, operation and sale of all properties, land and real estate companies, as well as any brokerage activity in the real estate sector, b) any commercial, financial and service activity in the field of movable and immovable property, including the acquisition, holding and management of participations, the execution of investments of all kinds, as well as any advice in these areas, c) the granting of loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties. The company may conduct its activities both abroad and in Switzerland.
