Exploitation of the building located on plot 1258, covering 367 m2, situated at route de Loëx 43, with various buildings, belonging to the Commune d'Onex, and subject to the regime of co-ownership, in order to grant shareholders an exclusive right to use and manage the co-ownership shares, in accordance with the provisions of articles 712 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code and subject to compliance with the obligations arising from the rental agreement (cf. articles of association for full purpose).
