SI Deux Parcs-Lac SA

To own on behalf of its shareholders a portion of the co-ownership shares by floor of the building located at Avenue William-Favre, parcel 1685 of the municipality of Geneva, Eaux-Vives section; to grant its shareholders, on the premises corresponding to the said co-ownership shares, an exclusive right of use and development in accordance with articles 712a et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code and the administration and use regulations mentioned in the Land Register, subject to compliance with the obligations arising from a rental agreement; to consent to the registration of personal easements on the said co-ownership shares.
