As a secondary purpose, the company may also, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE): engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests.
