Purchase, sale, construction, administration, management and development of all real estate rights, in particular of parcel 1973, located in the commune of Geneva, Plainpalais district, of 1,748 m2 bearing the address Avenue de Miremont 27B, 1206 Geneva, buildings 9875 (412 m2) multi-unit residential and 8876 (417 m2) private underground garage, rights depending thereon for 4/20th of parcel 1796 of the same commune, located at Champel-Miremont, 348 m2 unbuilt; rental to its own shareholders or to third parties of apartments and garages located in its buildings; creation of co-ownership by floors of the said buildings, in order to grant shareholders an exclusive right to arrangement and use of co-ownership shares (cf. statutes for complete purpose).
