The company's purpose is all real estate activities, as well as all financial and commercial operations related thereto, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may, in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad, as well as all commercial activities having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose. It may, in Switzerland or abroad, establish branches, take participations in other companies, acquire or establish similar or related companies, conduct all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
