To own on behalf of its shareholders a portion of the co-ownership shares of the building located at rue Michel Chauvet 7 and 15, namely parcel 1971 of the Commune of Geneva; to grant its shareholders an exclusive right of use and development of the premises corresponding to the said co-ownership shares, in accordance with articles 712a and following of the Swiss Civil Code and the administration and use regulations, provided that the obligations arising from a rental agreement are respected; to consent to the registration of personal easements on the said co-ownership shares.
