The company's purpose is the operation of a renovation business in the construction sector, in particular all painting, plastering, tiling, parquet flooring, demolition and cleaning work as well as the import and export of goods related to the aforementioned fields; project management, finishing work, all work related to construction; operation of a technical office for energy efficiency consulting, including assistance with legal procedures for large consumers and the energy policy of a social entity, development of energy concepts, planning of systems and installations and the provision of opinions and expert assessments. Commercial activities related to the energy sector and project management are also possible. The company may: create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in any enterprises directly or indirectly related to its purpose, acquire or merge with companies pursuing an identical or similar purpose, acquire or sell real estate (with the exception of transactions prohibited by the LFAIE), carry out all operations and conclude all contracts aimed at developing and extending its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto, grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties, if this is in its interest.
