The company may: establish branches in Switzerland or abroad; it may acquire participations in all companies in Switzerland and abroad; carry out all movable, immovable, financial, and commercial transactions, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), and assume all functions that would be conducive to achieving the company's purpose or that have a direct or indirect connection with this purpose; grant loans to its members and third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by members or third parties, and secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
