The foundation aims to promote information and discussion on Swiss intellectual property, information and competition law, as well as related areas of law, including regional and international legal developments relevant to Switzerland. It uses its resources, in particular, to ensure the publication of a current and scientifically high-quality (printed and/or electronic) publication in the relevant areas of law. The foundation may take additional measures or participate in measures taken by third parties, to the extent that it serves the purpose of the foundation. Profit and capital are exclusively dedicated to the aforementioned purpose. Commercial purposes are excluded.
