The company's purpose is the restoration and import-export of foodstuffs, in particular the operation of the Le Tokyo restaurant in Lausanne. The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches and subsidiaries, carry out and perform all mobile, real estate and financial transactions as well as participate in all companies, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may grant loans or guarantees to its shareholders and third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
