The company's purpose includes all activities in the field of operating public establishments such as bars, cafes, clubs, restaurants, hotels, as well as all activities in the food sector in general, and in particular catering and the sale of beverages. In general, the company may also carry out all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and that promote its development, including taking participations in other companies.
