The purpose is to provide its members with healthy and affordable housing. It aims to achieve this goal by purchasing land and building or buying suitable single-family and multi-family homes, as well as managing them. The cooperative can participate in other non-profit building cooperatives and acquire membership in umbrella organizations of non-profit building cooperatives.
