Siedlungsgenossenschaft Gwad

The cooperative aims to preserve and operate the Gwad settlement in Au Wädenswil, which is under monument protection, and to promote the related settlement idea through: a) the creation of independent and permanent building rights in accordance with Art. 675 and 779 of the Swiss Civil Code on parcels 13410-13435 in the Gwad settlement; b) cooperative ownership of parcel 10226, which is not encumbered with building rights, including green spaces and facilities (streets, paths, fields, meadows, forests, and water bodies) of the settlement area, as well as their maintenance and management; c) the preservation of the existing single-family homes in the settlement in accordance with the protection ordinance of July 10, 2014; d) the promotion of all ideal and material interests connected with the settlement community; e) the establishment of a neighborhood ordinance.
