The cooperative aims to: a) take over all tasks not yet completed by the previously existing simple partnership under the same name: I. Protect the interests of the settlers of the settlement 'Im Baumgarten' arising from the construction contracts. II. Repay construction loans and carry out definitive financing on behalf of each settler. III. Represent the interests of the settlement company to the authorities (subsidies). IV. Implement measures and works that affect the settlement as a whole, rather than individual buildings, and distribute the resulting costs among the settlers through prior allocation. b) preserve the settlement character of the settlement 'Im Baumgarten' and protect all interests related to the settlement. In particular, the cooperative also aims to carry out the necessary work for the management and maintenance of the settlement, which are common tasks of the settlers. The cooperative does not aim to make a profit.
