The company's purpose is to acquire, manage and dispose of participations in other companies, in particular those active in the real estate sector, as well as to carry out related financial, investment and service transactions, with the exception of transactions and participations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG). The company also aims to acquire, hold, rent, finance, develop and dispose of properties in Switzerland and abroad, with the acquisition of properties in Switzerland being limited to business premises within the meaning of the BewG. The company may also establish branches and agencies in Switzerland or abroad by decision of the management and carry out all commercial, financial and other activities that are connected with the company's purpose. Furthermore, the company may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect parent company, as well as to other group companies or third parties, and provide security of any kind for liabilities of such other companies or third parties, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether against payment or not.
