The Cooperative aims to contribute, in the general interest, to solving the housing problems of vulnerable individuals by: 1. offering a stable and publicly useful housing solution for vulnerable individuals; 2. fighting for the right to housing by providing the opportunity to create shared, collective housing and common spaces; 3. combating real estate speculation through the cooperative form itself; 4. defending the interests of its members; 5. promoting solidarity with other groups, collectives, and associations that fight for the right to housing and the right to the city, prioritizing dynamics related to the social and solidarity economy; 6. fighting against all forms of discrimination and oppression; 7. promoting internal participation through training for its members and exchanging information within the Cooperative. To achieve this, the Cooperative works in particular as follows: 1. It collaborates with other institutions that pursue the same goals to provide suitable housing for vulnerable individuals. 2. It promotes the increase, and a fortiori the maintenance, of the real estate portfolio intended for vulnerable individuals. To this end, it develops suitable projects and informs the public about housing problems. 3. It builds or renovates its own buildings and manages them, maximizing its efforts to apply ecological principles. 4. It manages, within the limits of its goals, rooms, apartments, buildings, housing units, and subdivisions. 5. Buildings can only be sold to non-profit institutions. 6. It requests and promotes the participation of residents in decisions that concern them. The Cooperative is authorized, through its Board of Directors (art. 16 ss.), to file any appeal to defend its interests and those of its members.
