The company's purpose (strictly in accordance with the rules regarding the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) is:

b) To study, design, plan, and execute, both for its own account and for third parties, projects in the real estate sector;
c) As an ancillary activity, to carry out all commercial and financial operations - whether movable or immovable - directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purpose(s), as well as to take participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or analogous purposes.
The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad and establish branches. The company may grant loans or guarantees to its partners or to third parties.
