The Company's purpose is to make any type of investments in the field of private equity and/or in listed companies. The Company may: either for its own account or for the account of its shareholders, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable operations, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose; take participations in any companies. As regards participations in real estate companies based in Switzerland, they will be limited to real estate companies whose properties are exclusively for commercial use; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in any companies directly or indirectly related to its purpose; grant loans or any other form of financing, and provide securities of all kinds, directly or indirectly for the benefit of its shareholders, companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities over the company's assets.
