The company's purpose is the acquisition, management and holding of real estate. To achieve this purpose, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, industrial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its object, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act of 16 December 1983 on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE) or likely to facilitate their realization and expansion. It may also establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in any companies or enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if this serves its interests.
