The purpose of the company is the development and commercial exploitation of courses and teaching materials in computer science and software programming. This includes the development and commercial use of new learning management systems for personalized digital learning. The company is authorized to develop its own teaching materials and trade in teaching materials of all kinds. The company may, among other things and without limitation, in Switzerland and/or abroad: provide financing transactions for group companies, in particular by granting loans to direct or indirect shareholders or group companies or by providing security of all kinds to third parties for obligations of other group companies, even if such loans or securities are in the sole interest of direct or indirect shareholders or other group companies and are granted without consideration; register, acquire, hold and sell patents or other intellectual property rights, as well as acquire, hold and grant licenses; establish branches and subsidiaries, as well as participate in companies; carry out all commercial or financial transactions that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company.
