It also aims to rent out motorcycles and all vehicles, trade, repair, maintenance, administrative management of companies in the driving school sector, development and marketing of management and administration software for driving schools, provision of vehicles and driving school equipment, as well as development, acquisition and sale of all equipment related to learning to drive. Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its social purpose and take an interest, in any form, in all similar companies, in particular by taking a stake in similar companies.
