The Skill TEAM association pursues public and non-profit purposes, promoting economic and social integration regardless of social and societal status. It helps people to lead their lives independently. The association is based on Christian values, is denominationally and politically independent. The services offered are open to all people. The association is active in the fields of social pedagogy, labor integration, coaching, and counseling. It offers, mediates, or accompanies timeout, emergency, transitional, crisis placement, individual pedagogical interventions, or social pedagogical counseling. For labor integration and enabling experiences in the primary labor market, the association can provide services in the following areas: horticulture, garden maintenance, garden upkeep, production of interior and exterior furnishings made of different materials, trade in related articles, administration, graphics, advertising for private individuals or small businesses. For the integration of individuals, the association can operate commercially managed businesses in the aforementioned or related areas. Furthermore, the association offers or mediates coaching, internships, health counseling, health management, outplacement, job placement, placement of training/apprenticeship positions, coaching of individuals during the duration of training, and conducts clarifications related to the integration and/or retention of individuals in the labor market. The association can make appointments, acquire, manage, sell, develop, encumber, rent, and lease properties, take out mortgages, and enter into all business transactions and contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the association or are directly or indirectly related to it. The association can also engage in further activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
