The company's main purpose is the leasing, purchasing and selling of aircraft or any other means of transportation as well as movable and immovable assets within the limits set by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate in Switzerland by Foreigners; it also aims to provide advertising services, manage clubs and associations in the field of aviation; the company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: - create branches or subsidiaries, - participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish them, - in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, that promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, - carry out these operations for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, - grant loans to shareholders and third parties, grant leases, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure its loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
