The company may create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all businesses having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose. The company's purpose is to provide direct or indirect financing, whether in the form of loans and/or any other form of financing, if it is in its interest, to third parties or companies in which it holds direct or indirect participations, as well as to its direct or indirect shareholders and companies in which they hold direct or indirect participations. The company may also provide any kind of security or guarantee to secure its obligations or those of any of the aforementioned persons, including in the form of pledges, assignments or transfers as security, guarantees of any kind or indemnification commitments, if it is in its interest.
