The purpose of the company is the planning, execution and brokerage of plastering, rendering, facade work, painting and/or masonry work, as well as the management of all trade, distribution, finance and participation transactions related to this corporate purpose; execution of general contracting activities and provision of planning and design services in interior and exterior spaces. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and conduct all business directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad, except for transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG).
