The company's purpose is to engage in the following activities: managing a medical and dental practice, buying, renting, selling and restructuring real estate units to make them suitable for the exercise of the dental, medical and paramedical professions, including the installation of hydraulic and electrical systems suitable for the use of electromedical and diagnostic equipment and appliances, as well as providing furniture. The company may assume technical, economic and administrative management, both on its own behalf and on behalf of third parties, of equipment, machinery, services and structures coordinated in medical and diagnostic centers suitable for use by persons regularly authorized to practice medicine and diagnostics, in addition to managing services related to these activities, including the assumption, if necessary, of auxiliary personnel, concluding direct and indirect agreements with private and public companies, insurance companies, and managing administrative and fiscal relations with the aforementioned entities. It may manage medical practices and health activities in general and all activities related to them. It may promote scientific research activities, organize cultural and scientific events, courses and conferences for professional updating. It may assume, in a non-prevalent manner with respect to the company's purpose and in any case not towards the public, interests, shares, participations, including equity participations, in other companies or enterprises with similar, analogous or complementary purposes to its own, and grant guarantees, provide guarantees and warranties also in favor of third parties, all in compliance with the applicable regulations.
