To manage the Casa dei Ciechi di Ricordone together with all socio-sanitary structures that depend on it and to cover its operating deficits. To assign subsidies, for limited periods, to blind or visually impaired individuals in financial difficulties residing in Italian-speaking Switzerland. To assume, subsidiarily to the benefits of social insurance or other entities, the costs of auxiliary means intended for needy blind or visually impaired individuals residing in Italian-speaking Switzerland. To promote the obtaining of subsidies from authorities and solidarity actions.
