The cooperative aims to provide its members, through their joint efforts, with housing at a reasonable price, particularly within the framework of the General Housing and Tenant Protection Act (LGL / GE I 4 05). To this end, it strives to: a) acquire building land through superficies or ownership b) construct residential buildings c) acquire residential buildings for renovation d) rent housing to its members. The Cooperative refrains from any speculative operation and from pursuing a profit motive. The Cooperative also refrains from subsequently converting into a condominium any operation carried out with state support or on land sold and made available through superficies by a public authority. It rents its apartments to its members. The Cooperative may participate in enterprises pursuing an identical or similar purpose and acquire membership in umbrella organizations of public utility housing cooperatives. In this regard, it will adhere to the Charter of the Groupement des coopératives d'habitation genevoises (GCHG).
