The Cooperative Construction Urgence Climat brings together professionals (legal or physical persons) active in the real estate sector who share its values. The Cooperative Construction Urgence Climat promotes the social, professional and economic interests of its members through joint action, assuming the social and legal responsibilities related to their individual or collective entrepreneurial activities, within the framework of its objectives. The Cooperative aims to accelerate the energy transition in the construction sector, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote innovative solutions to achieve energy sobriety and efficiency in order to contribute to the fight against climate change. This objective includes, in particular: - The study, design and implementation of technical solutions to reduce CO2 emissions and optimize the energy efficiency of buildings. - The realization of energy diagnoses of buildings. - The promotion of the use of local and sustainable materials. - The suppression of the use of fossil fuels in heat production. - The realization of sanitation, renovation, transformation, and densification work. - The development and realization of any energy-efficient real estate project, the purchase and sale of real estate, the construction and renovation of buildings, and any activity related to the real estate sector, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The Cooperative collaborates with the competent authorities and other institutions sharing its objectives. It may also carry out activities directly or indirectly related to the achievement of its objective. To achieve this objective, the Cooperative develops, in particular: - A network of multidisciplinary skills composed of mandatories (engineers, architects...), construction companies, and suppliers. - Innovative projects in the fields of architecture, landscape architecture, building techniques, and material implementation. - Recycling channels aiming at a circular economy and reuse. - Studies in all fields to achieve the objectives of the Confederation's Energy Strategy 2050. - Communication and awareness-raising of decision-makers and the public.
