The company's purpose is to take common action in favor of its members, notably: to promote the economic interests of its associates by providing them with housing at advantageous conditions; to build HM/HLM and ZD Loc type apartments for this purpose on plot 4079 in the Commune of Lancy. The company does not pursue any profit-making purpose and rents its housing to its members. It prohibits itself from transforming into floor ownership any operation carried out with the support of the State on superficiary land made available by a public authority.
