Promotion and construction of rental and owner-occupied housing at moderate costs within the framework and spirit of the Federal Law on the Promotion of Affordable Housing (LOG). The company is of public utility. All activities are non-profit. The constructions owned by the company must be permanently used as public utility housing. It aims to achieve its purpose by: acquiring building land and constructing buildings for its members; acquiring and renovating existing buildings; renting, selling, and renting-to-own apartments; and any other financial, commercial, or real estate activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The cooperative may participate in companies pursuing an identical or similar purpose and acquire membership in umbrella organizations of public utility housing cooperatives.
