The company's purpose is to promote and construct rental and owner-occupied housing at moderate costs within the framework of the Federal Act on Encouraging the Construction and Acquisition of Owner-Occupied Homes (WEG/LCAP). It is a public utility company. All activities of the company are non-profit. The buildings owned by the company must be permanently used as public utility housing. It aims to achieve its purpose by: - acquiring building land and constructing buildings for its members; - acquiring and renovating existing buildings; - renting, selling, and renting out apartments; - any other financial, commercial, or real estate activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The cooperative may participate in companies pursuing an identical or similar purpose and acquire membership in umbrella organizations of public utility housing cooperatives.
