The company's purpose is: to improve housing conditions by providing its members, and possibly the public, with healthy housing; to purchase built, to-be-transformed or to-be-constructed buildings that are of interest to the company, as well as their potential resale; to purchase and sell land that can serve the company's purposes; to rent housing to associates with priority; however, preference will be given to families with children willing to acquire at least one share of the company; and to manage and utilize its buildings. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, and perform all operations and conclude all contracts that are suitable to develop and expand its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
