a) to promote the economic interests of its members by providing them with healthy, practical, comfortable and moderately priced housing, either in the form of apartments in rental villas or in the form of family villas; b) purchasing land on which the company builds residential houses, particularly on the Ferney road; c) selling villas built by the company to members and possibly to other individuals; d) preserving the general architectural appearance of the buildings constructed on the company's land and facilitating the members' ability to maintain a common overall view of these buildings; e) in general, improving housing conditions.
