1) The purpose of SCHR is to provide its members and their families with housing at moderate rental conditions, as well as business premises, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). 2) SCHR aims to offer housing primarily intended for families, people with disabilities, or the elderly. 3) SCHR encourages cooperative activities within the residential groups it owns, promoting social mutual aid and solidarity among its members. 4) SCHR refrains from any speculative operations. 5) SCHR is politically and confessionally neutral, and does not engage in any activities in these areas.
