Through the joint action and co-responsibility of its members, the cooperative aims to provide its members with safe housing at favorable prices and to maintain them; it aims to offer housing in particular to employees of SBB, Swiss Post, Swisscom and the federal administration; it promotes community life in the sense of global civic responsibility and mutual solidarity (for complete purpose see articles of association)
