The purpose of the cooperative is to improve the housing conditions of the population, particularly its members, by providing them with housing at moderate rents. It strives to offer habitable spaces for all categories of the population, especially for single people, families, the elderly, and those with special needs. The cooperative's activity is of public utility and does not pursue any profit-making purpose. Through common action and responsibility, the cooperative aims to develop and maintain housing that meets demanding criteria in terms of social economy, social link quality, and environmental respect, in accordance with the principles set out in its ethical charter. It strives to achieve its goals, in particular through: a) the acquisition or construction of housing on land to be acquired or rented or of which it has free disposal by virtue of superficies rights or any other means; b) the associative management of common spaces; c) the promotion of socio-cultural and intergenerational exchanges; d) the promotion of soft mobility, in particular by renouncing individual cars; e) the prohibition of engaging in any speculative operation; f) the prohibition of proceeding with a transformation into property by floor of the building(s) considered in the context of real estate operations carried out with the support of the State, after its expiration, or on land sold or made available in superficies by a public authority.
