To provide affordable housing to the entire population, particularly those with modest incomes, in a sustainable manner. The cooperative aims to develop housing that meets criteria in line with the principles outlined in its Charter, particularly intergenerational cohabitation, in order to promote the sharing of resources, skills, experiences, and knowledge between generations. The cooperative's activity is characterized by joint action in favor of its members, as well as in favor of other individuals who share the same values and principles. The cooperative seeks to promote exchanges and solidarity among its members and between generations. The cooperative strives to adapt to the natural evolution of its members (modularity of spaces, adapted services, etc.). The cooperative's activity is of public utility and does not aim to make a profit. The cooperative aims to be active in supporting the creation and implementation of socio-cultural projects by and for its members, or the local community. Through its structure, organization, and operation, the cooperative seeks to actively participate, in the long term, in the social economy, particularly by enabling its members to maintain their autonomy for as long as possible.
