Through the joint action and co-responsibility of its members, the cooperative aims to provide its members with safe housing at moderate rents and to maintain it. It seeks to offer housing for all segments of the population, particularly families, people with disabilities and the elderly. It promotes community life in the sense of global civic responsibility and mutual solidarity (for full purpose see articles of association)
