The Cooperative aims to provide its members, through their joint action, with housing at a reasonable price, in particular within the framework of the Federal Housing Act (LOG) of 21 March 2003 and the Cantonal Act on the Construction of Public Utility Housing (LUP) of 24 May 2007. To this end, it strives: a) to acquire building land in superficies or ownership; b) to pursue the goals of sustainable development by building residential buildings that are both economical, ecological and promote social ties among its inhabitants; c) to acquire residential buildings for renovation. The company reserves the rental of its housing units exclusively for its members. It prohibits the transformation into condominium ownership of any operation carried out with state support or on land sold or made available in superficies by a public authority. The Cooperative may participate in companies pursuing an identical or similar purpose and acquire membership in the umbrella organizations of construction and housing cooperatives.
