The company aims to improve the housing conditions of the entire population; it seeks to achieve this goal by: purchasing or leasing land on which it builds modern homes that meet the requirements of hygiene and domestic economy; building groups of family homes in the same vein; renting apartments according to a special regulation; participating directly or indirectly in all real estate transactions, as well as concluding all operations aimed at achieving the main goal, in order to remedy the housing shortage in Morges; the company's essential purpose is within the framework of laws dealing with general coordination measures in housing and encouraging the construction of affordable housing, based on the principle of cost-covering rent (for complete purpose see statutes).
