The improvement of housing conditions for the inhabitants of the municipality of Troinex and in particular for its members. The cooperative aims to develop housing that meets demanding criteria in terms of solidarity economy, social quality, and environmental respect, in accordance with the principles set out in the ethical charter of the Groupement des coopératives d'habitation genevoises, annexed to these regulations. The cooperative's activity is characterized by joint action in favor of its members. It strives to achieve its goals, in particular through: the acquisition or construction of housing on land to be acquired or rented or of which it has free disposal by virtue of superficies rights or any other means; the associative management of common spaces and sociocultural and intergenerational exchanges; the promotion of soft mobility, in particular by limiting the number of individual cars; the prohibition of engaging in any speculative operation; the prohibition of proceeding with a transformation into floor ownership of the building(s) in question within the framework of real estate operations carried out with the support of the State, after its expiration, or on land sold or made available under superficies rights by a public authority.
